Program Structure
Weeks 1-2: Discovery and Assessment. We conduct a thorough analysis of your data landscape, business processes, and AI opportunities. We identify the highest-impact use case for your initial deployment.
Weeks 3-4: Data Preparation. Our engineers work alongside your team to prepare training data, build data pipelines, and establish quality monitoring. We transfer knowledge at every step so your team can maintain and extend the work.
Weeks 5-8: Model Development and Testing. We build, train, and rigorously test your AI solution. You participate in weekly reviews and provide domain expertise that shapes the model's behavior.
Weeks 9-10: Integration and Deployment. We integrate the AI solution into your existing systems and deploy to production with monitoring, alerting, and fallback mechanisms.
Weeks 11-12: Optimization and Handoff. We fine-tune performance, document everything, and conduct hands-on training for your team. You receive a complete operations runbook and 30 days of post-program support.
